VP of Operations
Dean, the Vice President of Valley Services Construction, oversees both Operations and Business Development. His core functions encompass:
With over 30 years of industry expertise, including serving as the owner/operator of a custom home building and remodeling company in the Adirondack Park region of upstate New York, as well as working as a Real Estate Salesperson and Director of Operations for a Multi-State REO General contractor, Dean has played a pivotal role in the construction and remodeling of over 15,000 homes.
Renowned for his ability to empower team members and implement cross-functionality for maximum efficiency, Dean’s results-oriented leadership style has served as the cornerstone of VSC’s success.
Amanda serves as VSC’s Operations Manager, steering and executing internal processes and top-notch procedures that keep the gears turning smoothly and our clients content. She stands as the glue that holds our team together.
Beginning her career at Treehouse Group, initially as an office manager, Amanda transitioned to an Accounts Payable Specialist following the successful migration to Invitation Homes. Since June 2016, she has played an instrumental role at VSC, contributing significantly to the implementation of new processes and our ongoing expansion.
During her downtime, Amanda enjoys moments with her family – her husband Steven and three children. She also finds joy in camping trips, high-country getaways, and crafting delicious meals and cherished moments for her loved ones!
Mitch is our Production Manager here at VSC. He’s the driving force behind our on-site operational excellence, a key factor that distinguishes us from our competitors. Mitch’s dedication to ensuring an exceptional client experience, upholding top-notch construction standards, and maintaining transparent communication at every project milestone is unmatched. Mitch plays a pivotal role in VSC’s business development, overseeing client portfolios, and managing all points in between.
Armed with a degree in Business Administration and Sustainability from ASU, Mitch brings a wealth of post-college experience in Project Management, specializing in Investor Fix & Flip remodeling, and executing CSM strategies. Mitch enjoys quality time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid traveler and a devoted fan of San Francisco’s sports teams, including the Niners, Giants, and Warriors!
